Pour la première fois, un stage d'arts martiaux cinéma action réunira trois grands noms des arts martiaux et de la cascade :

Hoàng Nghi, 7e Duan, champion du Monde Kung Fu, doublure cascade de Jet Li, chorégraphe combat pour Mike Tyson,

Cyril Raffaelli, héros de Banlieue 13, Baiser Mortel du Dragon et Die Hard 4, chorégraphe international,

Sirhan Djezzar, ex-entraineur équipe de France Kung-Fu Wushu, chorégraphe comédie musicale Starmania

Stage accessible tous niveaux à partir de 13 ans avec 3 groupes : débutants, intermédiaires et confirmés.

Programme :
9h00 à 12h00 : 3 groupes avec 3 ateliers de 45' : Hoàng Nghi techniques pieds/poings, Sirhan Djezzar maniements des armes blanches (bâton et corde), Cyril Raffaelli acro/cascade.
17h30 à 19h30 : les 3 groupes réunis pour travailler et créer des chorégraphies de combat.
Vous munir d'un bâton long et d'une corde d'environ 1,50 mètre avec une balle de tennis accroché à l'extrémité ou bien une chaine à 9 sections pour les avancés.
Les entraînements se dérouleront à la salle de gymnastique Vilmorin à Juan les Pins sur praticable et modules (mini trampo, matelas, etc.), au CREPS d'Antibes et en plein air (parc, plage).
Dernier jour, barbecue et projection vidéo du stage sur grand écran.

For the first time, a martial arts cinema action class will bring together three famous experts in martial arts and stunt :

Hoàng Nghi, 7th Duan, World Kung Fu champion, Jet Li stunt double, Mike Tyson fight choreographer,

Cyril Raffaelli, District 13, Kiss of the Dragon and Die Hard 4 main character, international choreographer,

Sirhan Djezzar, French Kung-Fu Wushu team coach , Starmania musical choreographer.

Seminar for beginners and advanced, starting 13 years old with 3 groups : beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Program :
9.00 to 12.00 am : 3 groups with 3 workshops of 45 ': Hoàng Nghi technical kicks and punches, Sirhan Djezzar handling of the white weapons (stick and rope), Cyril Raffaelli acro / stunt.
5.30 to 7.30 pm : the 3 groups gathered for work and create combat choreography.
Bring a long stick and a rope of about 1.50 meters with a tennis ball hanging on the end or a 9-section chain for advanced.
Training sessions will be held at the Vilmorin Gymnasium in Juan les Pins on practicable and modules (mini trampo, mattresses, etc.), at CREPS in Antibes and outdoors (park, beach).
Last day, barbecue and video projection of the stage on the big screen.
